01Who we are
This policy explains what happens to the personal data you send through evoradxb.com. The site is operated by Evora, a marketing agency working across the GCC and internationally.

02What we collect
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number and a message describing what you need. Along with it we receive the date and time of the submission and the browser and device type your request came from.
We do not ask for and do not collect identity document data, bank or card details, or your location.
03Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to contact you through the details you left, and to prepare a proposal for the work you are asking about. We also keep the correspondence as a record of what was agreed.
We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of a contact form. Marketing emails require your separate consent.
04Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will delete the data unless we are required to keep it by law.
05Who else sees the data
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form relay service operated by FormSubmit LLC in the United States, which forwards the contents of the form to our mailbox and does not use it for anything else. The message then sits in the info@evoradxb.com mailbox, hosted by the mailbox provider.
Inside the agency the data is seen only by the people handling your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
06Storage and security
The site is served over HTTPS, so the form is encrypted in transit. It carries no third-party scripts: the fonts, images and code are served from our own domain, and nothing on the page reports to an outside service.
Access to the mailbox is limited to Evora staff and protected by the mailbox provider's own authentication.
07How long we keep it
For as long as we are working together, or until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted 24 months after the last contact.
08Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have its use restricted, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent.
Write to info@evoradxb.com with the subject Personal data request. We reply within 30 calendar days.
09Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no profiling analytics, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this section has to be rewritten and a consent banner may become necessary.
10Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, it will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
